Office of the Registrar
Our Registration Office strives to provide a high level of support for students, faculty, and alumni at Saint Paul School of Theology. The Registrar manages a variety of processes for students that ensure a positive, easy experience that supports graduate seminary education. The Office of the Registrar:
- Maintains student academic records
- Coordinates course scheduling and registration
- Handles transfer credits from other institutions
- Official name changes
We welcome the opportunity to work with you on your registration, scheduling, and questions you have about the seminary as you pursue your calling at Saint Paul.
If you have questions about a specific process not listed here, please reach out and we would be happy to help.
Below you will find the current and upcoming course schedules along with student registration information and book lists. These schedules help students plan their breaks away from school for holidays and end-of-terms. If you have questions about how these schedules may apply to your specific needs, reach out to us and we would be happy to help.
Seminary Registration Dates
Dates of registration for the academic year are announced by the Office of the Registrar. The details of any specific registration will be posted a week or more in advance. Registration help will be emailed to current students on their SPST accounts.
Booklists and Advanced Assignments
Along with reviewing the academic calendar and schedules, new and current students will need to review their book lists and details about the coursework they can expect from their upcoming classes. This information will better prepare students for a successful semester and ministry education experience.
All policies and procedures relevant to the Registrar’s Office are outlined in the Student Handbook & Catalog.
