Office of the Registrar
Our Registration Office strives to provide a high level of support for students, faculty, and alumni at Saint Paul School of Theology. The Office of the Registrar maintains student academic records, coordinate course scheduling and registration, and assists in the administrative processes that support graduate seminary education.
From current students scheduling classes to alumni requesting copies of their academic records, the registrar staff can help you get the information you need. We welcome the opportunity to work with you on your registration, scheduling, and questions you have about seminary school as you pursue your vocation at Saint Paul.
If you are a course of study student, you can find information for the program on the course of study page.
Academic Calendar and Course Schedules
Below you will find the upcoming academic calendar and schedules. These schedules help students plan their breaks away from school for holidays and end of terms. If you have questions about how these schedules may apply to your specific needs, reach out to us and we would be happy to help.
Along with reviewing the academic calendar and schedules, new and current students will need to review their book lists and details about the coursework [insert link to Book Lists & Advanced Assignments page] they can expect from their upcoming classes. This information will better prepare students for a successful semester and ministry education experience.
Handbook and Catalog
All policies and procedures relevant to the Registrar’s Office are outlined in the Student Handbook & Catalog. The Saint Paul School of Theology student handbook and catalog also provides information about Saint Paul’s mission, campuses, degree program details, policies, and procedures. These documents will be incredibly helpful as students begin their academic journey in seminary.
Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law regarding the privacy of student records and the obligations of the institution, primarily in the areas of release of records and the access provided to these records.
“Education records” that fall under this policy include such things as graded papers, exams, transcripts, notes from a conversation with or about a student that are placed in a student’s file for others in the department to reference.
FERPA ensures that student rights and privacy are protected.
