Office of the Registrar

Our Registration Office strives to provide a high level of support for students, faculty, and alumni at Saint Paul School of Theology. The Registrar manages a variety of processes for students that ensure a positive, easy experience that supports graduate seminary education. The Office of the Registrar:

  • Maintains student academic records
  • Coordinates course scheduling and registration
  • Handles transfer credits from other institutions
  • Official name changes

Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law regarding the privacy of student records and the obligations of the institution, primarily in the areas of release of records and the access provided to these records.
