DONORS AND FRIENDS

Saint Paul Council

By giving to the Annual Fund, your gifts support student scholarships, faculty and staff salaries, upkeep of facilities, and many other day-to-day needs necessary to the life of the seminary.

One special way to support the Annual Fund is by becoming a member of the Saint Paul Council.

  1. Purpose
Established by the Board of Trustees, the Saint Paul Council recognizes those persons and groups who make possible the training of leaders for the church at Saint Paul School of Theology. In a special way, they provide the financial support essential for Saint Paul to fulfill its mission. The purpose of the Council is to honor those whose commitment to the seminary is profound and whose generosity sets an example for others.
  2. Membership
The Saint Paul Council is composed of individuals, families, churches, businesses, and corporations who invest $1,000 or more in the Saint Paul educational program during a school year. Unrestricted gifts made between July 1 and June 30 to the school's education and scholarship fund contribute toward Saint Paul Council membership.
Membership does not imply a continuing commitment, and participation is an annual decision on the part of the donor.
  3. Activities
Members of the Saint Paul Council are regularly informed about the programs and plans of Saint Paul. They are invited to participate in campus events and to involve themselves in special programs. Personal contact with the Saint Paul Council by the seminary keeps members aware of developments at Saint Paul.
Each year we honor the Board of Trustees, Saint Paul Council members and other special people at a banquet to celebrate our progress and to thank those who have supported us and who have been so important to the mission of Saint Paul. The banquet features a noted speaker, the recipient of the President's Award, and an update on Saint Paul given by the President.
  4. Leadership Giving Societies
    President's Council $10,000 or more
    Leadership Council $5,000 to $9,999
    Pacesetter Council $2,500 to $4,999
