Saint Paul Campus Housing provides students an opportunity to live among colleagues and interact in an academic community environment, without giving up the privacy and autonomy apartment living affords.

Amenities
Our campus housing styles include dormitory style rooms, studio units, split suites, and one and two bedroom apartments. Monthly rent for all units includes utilities: water, electricity, gas/heat, trash, high-speed Internet connecting and local phone. Some units have cable TV capability that students may activate and contract for service with the local cable provider.
Most apartments are furnished with basic living room and bedroom furniture, stove and refrigerator, garbage disposal, and lamps. Drapes and shower curtains may be in some of the apartments. Students provide their own linens, dishes, kitchenware, light bulbs, and any additional furniture as desired. Most apartments are fully carpeted. Laundry and lounge facilities are available in each building.
Saint Paul campus housing is reserved for students and their families.
