Transcripts

Transcript Requests
Saint Paul transcripts are provided only upon the written request and written authorization of the student, former student, or graduate. Official transcripts are released only to institutions or designated officials of institutions; students, former students, and graduates receive unofficial copies only.

Transcripts will be issued only for those persons whose accounts are current and paid in full. A fee of $5.00 will be charged for each copy of a transcript. Current students pay no fee for transcript copies requested.

Normally five (5) working days are required to process a transcript request. If a student, former student, or graduate has an unpaid account, a transcript will not be released.

Transcripts from other institutions a student has attended, which are held in a student's Saint Paul file, cannot be duplicated or released for any purpose.

Grading System
Fall 2002-Present:
A = 4.00
A- = 3.75
B+ = 3.50
B = 3.25
B- = 3.00
C+ = 2.75
C = 2.50
C- = 2.25
D = 2.00
F = 0.00

To remain in good standing, students must maintain a 2.80 grade point average. When the grade point average drops below 2.80, students are placed on probation for the following semester.
