Deacon studies students requiring room and board while on campus generally will be housed in Epworth Hall, the guest lodging facility of the Don W. Holter Center for Renewal. Epworth rooms have hot water heat, central air conditioning, and private bathrooms. A small community kitchen and laundromat are provided in the smoke-free building.
Room rates are based on double occupancy, most with twin beds. (A few private rooms may be available at a higher rate.) Students provide towels, linens, cleaning supplies, and toiletries and are responsible |

for the care and cleaning of their own rooms during their stay. (Linens, housekeeping services, and continental breakfast are available for a higher room rate.) The Saint Paul community meal at noon is included in the cost of tuition. Breakfasts and evening meals can be purchased for an additional fee.
The Holter Center is open until 9:00 p.m. Arrangements can be made for late arrivals.
