Saint Paul School of Theology (SPST) is an accredited seminary, recognized by the Association of Theological Schools. The following theology degree programs are approved by the Commission on Accrediting:

Saint Paul School of Theology has been approved by the Kansas Board of Regents to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements.  NC-SARA is a voluntary, regional approach to state oversight of postsecondary distance education.

Students may now take courses in a distance education format, as available, from any of these SARA-participating states.

Distance education students who wish to file a complaint may do so using the Kansas Board of Regents' SARA complaint procedure.

Other Affiliations and Memberships

Saint Paul School of Theology is approved for listing by the University Senate of The United Methodist Church as one of 13 United Methodist seminaries in the country.

Saint Paul is also a member of the Kansas City Association of Theological Schools, a cooperative venture in theological education that includes Central Baptist Theological Seminary, Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Nazarene Theological Seminary.
